I got rid of nausea by swithcing from oral or injecting.
After being on Plaquenil, for a few months, all of a sudden I started having extreme stomach pains. This landed me to the emergency room.
It was a change of manufacturer for the Plaquenil.
The old manufacturer was Mylan which the pharmacy had switched because it is relatively more expensive then the other generics.
I switched pharmacies and found one which will give me Mylan for both Methotrexate and Plaquenil.
So yes, the manufacturer can make a big difference.
