I believe honeycombing is consistent with pulmonary fibrosis -secondary to RA (and things like scerloderma as well).
Do you see a pulmonologist? If not, you need to (in my humble opinion). They can perform regular pulmonary function tests and chest CT scans to make sure it is not progressing.

I have seen one. He put me on an enhailer and will do another CT and lung test on three months. I just want it to disappear with the warm weather. Lol
