The Flector are EXPENSIVE, ask for samples first, to make sure they work. They really help me AND you can cut them to fit the area that needs it. I'll cut a strip and wrap it around the joint on my hand that hurts.
I've cut the fingertips off of a stretchy glove, to keep them in place. So I can attempt to accomplish stuff.
Do a search. There was a discussion about the Lidoderm patches which lead into a discussion about the Flector patches too.
if so , great way to get creative. my hands can be my worst pain.
