If is is dislocated, physiotherapy can put it back into place and you can put tape on it to keep on going out of place.
It might just be a bad bruise with swelling, making it feel tight, but better to check it out. It does sound like some kind of injury but an injury is just adding insult to RA in my opinion.

There is a clinic 6 miles from my house, every time you try to get into that office, there are never any openings, and they tell you to drive to the clinic that is 42 miles from here.It is a large 'chain'. I finally gave up on that clinic system, and now go to a different clinic system. I figured if I can't get in to see them when I really need it, what is the point of having them as my family Dr. The Urgent Care Center is also operated by the same clinic system I now go to, but they do not care if you are a patient there or not.
