I make lists, and every day I check things off I have done. I have accomplished a lot in the last month, since I got serious about this method. Maybe that might help, WG?
Sorry to hear you are struggling.
I can definetely relate! At the beginning of my week my house looks ok but by the end of the work week my house looks like a tornado has hit it. I just don't have the energy to even clean it up sometimes. Just the task of getting dressed for my day can be exhausting!
There may also be something that's triggering this, such as an anniversary date of a beloved one who has passed.
Try ruling that out first. If that's the case then typically a week or so after the anniversary date, things will return to normal.
For example: All this week I've felt "down" and not wanting to get things done. Today is the anniversary of my mother's death. Since she died years ago, I know from experience that this time next week I'll be back to normal.
