Excellent article and perfect for me to read today. All I was able to do today was to take a bath, watch tv, and make a cheeseball for my daughter's end of school party with her assistance. Hard on the self esteem when it is this bad! The article helped because I was beating myself up mentally again. Now I will cut me some slack. Thanks Caspiana.

Thanks Caspiana - I liked the emphasis on fatigue being more than just feeling a little tired, and the reference to how much fatigue can fluctuate from day to day.
