Hip arthrogram?

Anyone have this type of MRI done. How bad dies it hurt. I just went to an endocronologist yesterday I have a goiter with nodules waiting on blood test. Could be Graves' disease. Also saw orthopedic surgeon have lots of pain and crunching in both knees he said mild arthritis changes and possible floating maniscis in one on X-ray bit have to have MRI on both knees and both hips the right hip he feels probable labial tear so I have to have a contrast injected into the joint. I'm mad because I have been dealing with this for years and saw another dr that just dismissed me and said everything was perfectly normal. But at least maybe i will get somewhere now and get some relief my hip has had me confined to a wheelchair most of the time when I'm out.

I've never had that done so i have no idea how it feels I'm sorry. I hope you get the appropriate help and can begin to feel better soon. *hugs*

I have not had one myself but heard they are not painful just a full tight feeling

your cup runneth over for months and months. i am glad they are finding the root problem with your hip(s)

when you feel good, what do you do for fun that takes your mind off all this? you have such a great attitude.

Yes I'm the one with the lungs. I'm working on that :) yes I have been going through more than I feel I can handle I was in the hospital four days over the new year for C Diff ( terrible infection) I am still recouping from that. I have had so many rounds of bronchitis that I haven't been able to keep up the orencia so I hav been in a body wide flare for months. And have been dealing with the hip pain for years I just pray there is a visible cause and something can be done about it. If not I fear I will be spending much more time in the wheelchair.
