I don't feel different, but I'm hoping my heart is happy. I know my tongue is! I love honey.
After reading this, heck I think I will eat more of both.
I tend to have a very hard time believing that adding something to your diet will 'cure' you. Sorry, but I almost believe that one of those crazy, evangeligal, gospel preachers that claim to make the lame walk and make people speak in tongues, would have more effect on me than this theory of yours. No offense...just sharing my opinion. This is a bit of a hot button topic for me and I really mean no offense.
There's a type of honey out there, I think it's called manuka honey, but I'm not sure. This is supposed to be the best honey to buy, and after reading about it, I now know why. This honey is made from bee's that feed only on the Tee Tree flower. If you don't know about all the amazing benefits on Tee Tree oil, research it! You'll be shocked.
Any way, at thirty bucks a pop, I choose to leave this honey on the stores shelf. Probably, however, I'll break down and try it one day.
Does it completely get rid of my moms RA pains? No. Does it help enough for her to keep doing it. Yuppers.

I happen to eat plenty of cinnamon; I put it on my Kashi cereal every morning..spoons of it.
I consume a fair amount of honey/ even bought some local as it's supposed to help with allergies.
But cure RA, nope, sorry.
or those Aleeve commercials..like thats all we need to control RA
grrrr
Doesn't even touch the RA. I wish it did. But cinnamon and honey on flax bread is a really nice treat, I will say that!
And I believe it can help arthritis, your heart, and so on. She didn't say it cured RA, she said it relieved pain from arthritis. Or am I reading it wrong?
I love stuff like this, especially if it's real and natural.
Not the snake oil cures, like in the old days.
I myself am going to eat more yummmmmm.

Mmmm . . . I think oatmeal with honey and cinnamon is in order. Especially since it is snowing outside (AND I DON'T HAVE TO DRIVE ANYWHERE TODAY!!!!) . . .
CHeers
that's right, I had forgotten about the reports of RA patients put on statins for cholesterol, aided RA symptoms . . . I'll have to find that article. I think they had narrowed down the mechanism of action . . . .
I don't care for either but I might give it a try as it may help with something.
Either way sharing can't hurt so thanks for sharing.
