You take care of yourself because you are worth it! Hugs jilly
I just read your post, and it made me very angry. Your boyfriend is a real jerk. I am being completely honest with you. You do not need this man! He has absolutely compassion, and what's even worse, he enjoys making you feel bad about yourself. It's obvious that he doesn't respect you. You need to get him out of your life as quickly as possible! Please, this is only the beginning with this idiot. I've had a lot of experience with people like this, so that's why I'm warning you. You have enough to worry about without having to deal with this insensitive creep. Show him the door, and tell him not to come back. Please let us know how you're doing. I'm looking forward to hearing that you got rid of him.
Keeping you in my heart, thoughts & prayers,
God Bless.
Somuch
Take care,

lots of gentle hugs,

Walking is hard, lifting is hard...it's like you feel like a new-born baby...weak and in pain.
fatigue to that most people do not understand that is a definite part of this disease.
I cannot walk fast either and my family and friends are great.
I don't want sympathy just empathy.
We have to learn new ways to cope.
Learn to adjust to a new way of doing things.
We can still do them but maybe it takes a little longer.
I found my now ex-fianc was not very supportive after the heart attack I had a year ago this past May.
He seemed to be only concerned how it and the RA affected him.
Selfish men.
Feeling so much better and happier since having no contact with him.
Like your ex-b/f he just kept bringing me down.
I have lots of wonderfully supportive family and friends I do not need/want this negative person in my life...my life is hard enough trying to cope with this RA.
Hugs to you and don't don't let him get to you.
He was lucky to have had you be part of his life and it's his loss and your gain he isn't.
Keep your head and know there is someone else out there for you and me who will be more sensitive to our RA.
:)
