Of course, please consult your own professional medical person before making your own decision, but - I was pleasantly surprised to find that my rheumatologist has not the slightest hesitation about her patients getting a vaccine when it becomes available. Should I try to coordinate it in some way with my 4x per year Stelara shot? I asked, thinking that perhaps I'd have fewer issues with the vaccine (or with the Stelara) if there was some time between them, or something like that. She said no, just get the vaccine. Did it matter which of the three leading contender vaccines, if I were to have a choice? No, she said. Very matter of fact about it.
