Myself - I have very little appetite since my RA has been so bad - I easily eat half the amount I used to for the past 8 months. It's probably a good thing as I am so inactive now compared to the way I used to be.

Ugg why is sugar so darn good.
I started drinking green smoothies in the morning. They are so full of nutrients that I don't want to "ruin it" by eating junk food later in the day. Give them a try! I know it sounds gross - 2 handfuls of spinach, a frozen banana, some berries or an apple, a little water or juice. You don't taste the spinach at all and you get lots of vitamins and antioxidants.
Having just remembered this, I am returning to a 1600 - 1700 Kcal/day diet. Lots of nutrients via cooked veggies and supplements as well.
Keep it up!
