I'm just over one year with this. Already on Orencia. Worst roblem area are the hands. Already beginning deformity in pointer knuckle, It's always swollen, now protruding. The rest of the knuckles don't seem far behind. I have always been very active. I hate this disease for changing my life! My question is....Can we make the deformity worse, or speed up the damage by continuing to use our hands to do the thinks we love, like garden, and things we don't love like cleaning the house?? Thanks for your input. Rose
