So besides the drug change in my future.

I found out this weekend that my sisters boyfriend sister was killed in a car accident. She was with her ex boyfriend and their three daughters coming home when she lost control of her van and flipped it over. She was ejected from the car and died in route to the local trauma center.

Her girls are ages 1, 2, and 4.

It sucks to loose someone you thought of as a friend in such a manner and it makes my body hurt worse too. And not much i can do to fix it either.

You're right, no one can fix that one, no matter how much you love the people involved. I hope the ex is a good father, and that there's plenty of family support. Are he and the kids OK?

Well, there is little you can do about the trama, but a counselor might help you deal with the loss, and any depression or anxiety from having RA.
You have been through a very tragic event, and I had a sister-in-law who's boyfriend and father of her 2 month old was killed the same way, so I know how painful it can be. But I didn't have RA (diagnosed, anyway) at that time.
My counselor has been a huge help to me, so it makes me think everyone should have one!
I hope and pray you will find some peace and that you RA will calm down.

He has whiplash, the girls are battered from hanging upside down from carseats until someone could get them out. The youngest one is keeping vigil by the window waiting for mommy to come home...something that will never ever happen.

I wish i could make it better. i wish i could give them three girls their momma back.

I am so sorry to hear about your bad news. Yes! Stress, trauma, and emotional trauma is not good for your RA. I hope you can keep this RA under control. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Lots of gentle hugs your way,
