For people who have to go to work every day it is really hard. I had to quit a full time job I had fought hard and long to get. Then I did sporadic days (teaching) but dragged through them.
Nothing really helps. I try to make life as easy as possible and when I have trouble sleeping take a homeopathic or herbal remedy. Training those around you if there are willing helpers to do some things.
Also the issue of exercise. I think it helps to keep active but some days it can be hard to keep going and of course when in pain.... Still you likely know about that energy lift when you have "got going" but not overdone it. Fine line.
I think the three week thing is part of a flare period and really hope you move past that soon. As for other suggestions can only think maybe some good B vitamins. There are a few things around that lift energy a bit but not all work for everyone.
When needs must I am a great believer in a small amount of pure dark chocolate.... At the very least helps my mood!

But the fatigue is bad ...DrSlpt ..can you let me know how the swimming went .i was thinking about joining a arthtits pool therapy group ..when i swam in the past i did notice my feet killed for a few days after actually swimiing ...but maybe just strolling around or low impact is better ..hope you feel better ..and wishing you a good summer day .
