I have a few big events coming up this summer (bachelorette party, wedding, honeymoon), and I really would love to be able to drink alcohol. We are going to an all inclusive resort for our honeymoon and I feel like not being able to drink is just cruel! lol!
BUT, I also don't want to harm my liver. I've sworn off alcohol since I was put on methotrexate in November because I'm nervous about harming my liver. My rheumatologist says one to two drinks won't hurt me, but I don't know if there's any proof that that's true.
Anyone else on methotrexate and drink alcohol every now and then?

Not trying to encourage you but now I have looked up your age I empathise with having to drop all alcohol at that age.
Also bit left field but have you looked at any foods that might not suit you - reading on here there are mixed results on this but might be worth trying as was the tip I got off here about vit
