Rhabdomyosarcoma Support Group

Rhabdomyosarcoma is a type of cancer, specifically a sarcoma (cancer of connective tissues), in which the cancer cells are thought to arise from skeletal muscle progenitors. It can also be found attached to muscle tissue, wrapped around intestines, or anywhere, to include the neck area. It is most common in children ages one to five, and teens aged 15 to 19.

yes someone close to me is fighting and its been a hard long suffering tough fight my best to you. what treatments have u tried

My 10 yo nephew has just been diagnosed. Primary tumor in his hand and results come back today that it is possibly in his bones, muscles and chest. He is the toughest little kid, just love him so much.

What I want to know from other sufferers is there hope for him?

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
