We're a pretty positive community. In fact, we get along better than most web communities I've ever seen. Please keep in mind that we have a broad right to free speech here, with pretty much one exception: the consensus of the group from its earliest incarnation is that the main RAR board ought not to be used to hash out personal conflicts. Removing anyone's personal expression is always a tough decision, so please don't regard it as suppression or censorship; it's purely for the maintenance of the one basic rule here. "Don't use RAR to bash people" seems to be a pretty fair rule.
When inevitable conflicts arise, please handle them like the healthy people we are (or--gulp!--hope to be! *grin!*). When it happens, please manage those occasions with dignity, either to reconcile when possible, or remain detached out of respect for the health of the community. If another person is in the wrong, please keep in mind that a lot of conflict is born from private turmoil and pain. It doesn't pardon hurt-filled actions, but it does help us understand where they come from. If we find *ourselves* in the wrong, let's step up and do what we need to help other heal. "Tribe" does not mean "utopia," it means community of shared purpose without any exaltation of one above the others.
Thank you all for the amazing things you've achieved here!

That would not be a "safe phrase". I mean, it would get anyone to stop immediately, mainly because they would be too busy throwing up. And who wants that?

Matt, I overlooked your reply earlier. Just so you know, I'm can multi-task too, including juggling my women. Just don't tell any of them...theyre all pretty possessive if you know what I mean...

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
