Just made my first food-buying trip. Got cases of Coke, diet Coke, Diet Dr Pepper, Mtn Dew, TONS of bottled water. Stuff for s'mores. Stuff for hot dogs (Hebrew National brand - the premium kind). Stuff for Indian Tacos. Plates and cups. By the way, how many coffee drinkers do we have? Cream and sugar? Splenda?

Working out travel with James to build the sweat lodge; we need to find a grove of young willows somewhere for us to use.

My 8-y.o., River, is getting excited to see Bill on Saturday night. He's jealous that we're having a sweat in the morning without him! (He LOVES to go to sweats!). There is a 30% chance of rain on Saturday, but we're doing the sweat whether rain or shine. The campground manager is trying to get things mowed for us.

Bill Miller is shipping in some CDs and his signed art prints, so they'll be available for sale.

Can we blame your double posts on Dyslexia too Kardy? And yes I figured that out eventually lol. I just listened to it again and I heard "Hey Stephanie this is Kardy just sayin I'll talk to you on Friday!" Then you said something I STILL can't understand then bye. I found it rather adorable. :)

And Judy, COME ON HAVE YOU SERIOUSLY NEVER HAD A BUFFALO BURGER? lol. Well I haven't either but they have a place near me that sells them and I heard they're maddd good. Better than any beef burger you'll ever have.

I might be getting on the wrong road though, because from what I heard today Oklahoma has a lot of Buffalo wandering around. LOL.

I do have a source for fresh buffalo, if you want.

(and yes, we do have herds of buffalo here...remember, my "main" sweatlodge is in a buffalo pasture!)

Heck the Indian Reservation near me, has a buffalo farm....not too far from where I grew up...been there since I was young...wouldn't catch me eating the meat though. I've heard that buffalo meat is very expensive sort of like lamb and veal, wouldn't catch me eating those either. As far as Oklahoma having Buffalo wandering around...here's hoping that its out of season to hunt them...lol

Oh and Kardy, I wouldn't underestimate Leitha....I have a feeling you won't be getting into too much mischief with her around...

And as for the food...pick whatever meat you want.... after all this debate I've decided I'm going vegetarian this weekend.LOL Maybe I will see who I can round up for a midnight Burger King run...I haven't had a Whopper in a while.

Okay..you all are crazy just like me!!!! Now I am really excited!!! Here are my votes on all the above: How about REAL Dr. Pepper...please/leftovers or sandwiches are cool with me...heck we could even do ramen noodles!haha/no moose, buffalo, elk or anything crazy weird like that! Not all of us are indian Matt!!!hahaha Well ok I will try if everyone else does!/Yes to coffee, no need for cream and sugar I will bring my own hazelnut creamer...yum/any kind of yogurt is fine/Eskimo Joes sounds great, Hideaway sounds great too! Whew! I think I got them all! I can't wait to meet all of you!!!

Oh No! Tracie has succumbed to peer pressure *ok I will try if everyone else does*.....what is THAT!? Stick to your guns, be firm in your resolve!! If everybody else jumped off a bridge would you do it too?! (that's what my parents said to me when I got my ears pierced for the 3rd time...lol) ....I know I don't know you that well, I'm just teasing here, but I didn't want you to feel left out!
