Renal Cell Carcinoma (Kidney Cancer) Support Group
Renal cell carcinoma, also known by a gurnistical tumor, is the most common form of kidney cancer arising from the renal tubule. It is the most common type of kidney cancer in adults. Initial therapy is with surgery. It is notoriously resistant to radiation therapy and chemotherapy, although some cases respond to immunotherapy.

Since my surgery I've had two family members get RCC. Neither blood related. This really makes me wonder about the statistics!
I read your post, and am taking the liberty of reaching out to you in connection with a study you may be interested in.
We are hoping to interview eight people who have been diagnosed with Renal Cell Carcinoma, in connection with a national study for a pharmaceutical company. The one-hour interview will take place on the telephone, in October, at your convenience. We are pleased to offer to you $150, as a thank-you for taking part in this study.
No medications or treatments will be offered--this is strictly opinion research; we just want to understand a bit about your journey, so far, diagnosing and treating Renal Cell Carcinoma.
If you are interested in participating, please respond, as soon as possible, with a contact number where we can reach you. I can be reached at 212.289.0087, or via email, of course, at pfcresearch@verizon.net
Thank you,
