PT/OT may help, it also may make her pain worse, the best thing that I can say is to encourage her to keep with it but also listen and pay attention to if she's getting worse. If her doctor is interesting in trying medications to help level out the pain, I would highly suggest it, it may take a few tries to get it right but odd are something will help get her into remission or at least to where she can function like a normal teenager.
