There is no rhyme or reason to these bad days are there? We've been doing great, there is nothing my H has done to upset me. But I've found myself on the verge of tears for 2 days now.

It's really bugging me, I can't seem to get out from under this knowledge. I've been keeping busy, but my mind won't stop thinking about the OW. It's killing me once again.

I know this will pass, but geez, it's so heavy.
