I need help with flashbacks. I keep having problems with them happening. I do not want to think about any of the rapes but I will have to tomorrow. My therapist thinks it is time for me to start to face what happened to me and work through it. I am so scared and I have never talked about either rape. I have thought about even writing about it but the best I can do is say that it was my ex who raped me the first time and that I had a guy who became obsessed with me and was who attacked me. I cannot trust anyone and I am scared to ever be alone with a guy. I do not know what to do about these horrible flashbacks. I wake up several times a night and even during the day, I swear that its happening all over again.

How has this website been working for you? Have you been able to write anything on here that might help? Does reading the discussions and other people accounts of their attacks help you at all? I have found it helps with the hopelessness feeling, the loss of control. It is very very terrible that it happens to so many people, but to be able to come here and KNOW I am not alone and KNOW that others here really do know what I am going through helps. I hope you find some sort of solution. Hugs!!!

I find that being able to post has helped. I find it terrible that so many have fone through this also. I want to post more but sometimes I am scared to because I would feel worse if no one responded which I know is silly but true. thank you for the support. It has been very hard to deal with the flashbacks and there were times this weekend where I was so tempted to use just from all the stress.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
