Haven't posted on this site in a while.
I have been doing well. My anxiety is under control, nightmares are at a very all time low, and flashbacks haven't been a problem for awhile.
I am 16 weeks pregnant. My husband is home from his deployment since May.
I have been raped. And right now I'm in a point of my life that I can honestly say I'm at peace. It is possible to get through it. Yes I will have the passing flashback or an anxiety attack, but it is not the end of the world. You just have to look at yourself and open your eyes to the beauty that is still inside you.
I just thought about sharing this with you. You do have a life. And you will find peace. Even if you do sometimes think of the past. But it is in the past. And the future is ahead of you. Start a new.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
