What I don't understand is, why am I so afraid if I see him at K-Mart, the grocery store or on campus? I already did the hard part which was confronting him. maybe it's because I don't know what I would do. If I set up various scenarios and the response that would go with each situation, maybe I'll feel more secure.

If you want to move on, you've got to accept responsibility for your life, including your healing. Anger is a normal emotion, but by holding onto it for the last five years is damaging you. Do you think they care about what they did to you? Why do you direct so much of your energy towards them five years on?
My hope for you is that you find the strength and courage within you to make a decision to stop allowing the rape to control your life and heal from it.
