Members of DS who are in crisis need to have direct, qualified help. It is beyond the ability, competency, and purpose of DS to provide crisis intervention, inasmuch as DS is meant to be a source of support and inspiration. Crisis hotline numbers can be found at the lower right of every screen, but here is another online resources specifically for those in crisis from rape, abuse, or incest:

The only drawback of the online hotline is that they are only available during certain hours of the day. But otherwise, it's amazing.

i went to the hotline they were very understanding and extremely helpfull.. i reccomend it!!!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
