Does it ever end!!Just when I think i'm making some progress!! Not,I get hit with nightmares,now It's been yrs. but those evil fucking monsters took my life my diginity and my soul!!no matter how I try it never goes away!I really needed to vent,as it's 6:04 a.m. and I can' go back to sleep!Thank you all for letting me post this!
You know what though, they're your dreams and you can control them. Those bastards took a lot from you, but what you say is not true. They didn't take your life and they sure as hell don't have your soul. Maybe they took your dignity, but that's something that can be gained back over time and healing. You know what else, they took your control...but only for the time they did the evil deed. You control your life and you CAN control your dreams. Believe me, I've been able to do it. Fight back! Make something crazy happen! Have an elephant come stomp them to death or something. Think about it before you go to sleep so that in case you have a nightmare, you're prepared to kick some ass when it comes. Take your sleep back. It's yours.
