Went to doctors on thursday for a review off my depression and found out that i had been diagnosed with emotionally unstable personality disorder in 2003. I cant remember any1 ever telling me this at the time. Anyway the doctor is going to look back threw my notes from that time to find out exactly why and ive to go back and see her in 2 weeks. I am really scared off how this will affect my counselling though. I dread telling my counsellor incase she wont work with me anymore.
I think your counsellor is just trying to figure out the best way to help you out. Don.t worry, I don't think that she will do anything drastic. Just think about what she told you. maybe there is some thing in your file that they missed something important that will help your therapy. So please do not worry , try to be patent, I hope you hear from her quickly and things go easier. I am here for you . Isabee
