I'm feeling a strong erge to talk about what happened to me. I've never told anyone the whole story. But sometimes I wish there was atleast one person out there that knew the whole truth, of how I felt, feel, what happened, just so they understand what makes me tick. I have a best friend that I trust very much and that I'm hopefully going to talk to tonight if I don't chicken out. But my boyfriend that is EXTREMLY helpful also crossed my mind but I decided not to talk to him. Just a thought...but have any of you guys (gals) ever told the man you love what happened in any details? Maybe not all of it, but parts? How did they respond? How did you bring it up? Did they bring it up? My biggest fear is that all men who care about me like that will do the same thing....constantly think about it. The first guy I ever told and was with for 3 years once told me, almost a year after I told him I had been attacked, that he thought about it almost everyday after telling him. That's my biggest fear...I feel it would be selfish of me to do that...to make someone that I love and that loves me think so negativley...I fear he would look at me differently. Would it be selfish to tell him? And would he even want to trully hear it anyway??? The only reason why is becasue I have a lot of triggers....I thought maybe if he knew what happened, it would help him advoid them....but I don't want to haunt his thoughts. Any advice?? Happy Thanksgiving!!

Hey I understand completely! I have not told my boyfriend everything in detail, afraid I'll cry, but it's not for his lack of trying. He told me that he loved me and wanted to protect me from my night mares and to do that he had to know what my 'inner demons' were. The night he told me that he wanted a future with me I figured I should tell him. And to say the least, it helps us a lot. He now knows what my boundaries are and is helping me work though all my feelings. I hope this helps. If you don't understand or want to know more just send me a message. I'm here to talk.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
