So i was going home from school and i went to the back of the bus to sit with a friend, and he was talking to the guy that raped me who was in the seat ahead and i thought whatever got in the inside put my headphones in zoned out llooking out the window like usaul, than he decided to go to the inside of the seat and sit agaisnt the window so he was in my vision and i couldnt look out the window without seeing him. than i got this intence urge to get out and hurt myself, i turned my volume up all the way on a loud song and it hurt a lot than i turned it back down and started to dig at my thumb, didnt cut the skin tho but it hurt. and than i got really hot, and cold fast,. i was scared casue i had the intence urge to hurt myself, but than my friend got off so i went to the other back seat. It was really scary. ive never hurt myself before and it was just a huge wash over me telling me to hurt myself. Has anyone had something similar, I really wish I could move so he wasnt my neighbor and on my school bus.

Yes, I've felt that way more times than I can count. I hated having my rapist in the same school as me. I had to go to principals to report stalking (they didn't do anything) and my mother called them and made them make sure we weren't ever in classes together. But yes. I never broke the skin but I would keep a metal barrette with me that still hurt and drag it on my arm and I did have little moon shaped cuts from digging my nails into my shoulders. It was bad, all I can advise is to avoid him but I know as well as you that it is hard to do. I'm just lucky he decided on a different college than me, he had even showed up to the same tours as me.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
