well this is a GREAT site for support and help......i would definitly see a counselor/therapist to help you deal with this too....traumas are really hard for people to deal with on our own, even fi we have support systems....therapists/counselors can really help us iwth the unpleasant feelings that come along with the rape.....we're all here for you and if you ever need to talk i'm here

Ditto here Shannen.. on all accounts. There are some wonderful people in this group and we all share a common thread. Like Valgal said too, therapy and counseling is a good first step.

Rape Counseling I believe honestly saved my life....I def recommend it....just remember if you don't like one counselor there are many other good ones out there....I also used the book called the rape recovery handbook by aphrodite mataskis phd......its like a step by step.workbook that for me gave a lot of insight

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
