i think i want to start going to a support group for rape in my area cause im noticing im not dealing with it bery well by myself. idk though. i mean this is helping me alot but i sometimes need face to face interaction. i llok at the website and you can either call or send them an email and give a summarized verison of why you need the support im sure thats so not people who dont need to be there arent there. but just calling and sayin it is hard im a bit scared. i would still be on here i need so help with this i just dont know .

I think that is a wonderful idea! It can only help but only as long as you want it to. This site is great, but I don't think it should be your only means of support. By all means, go and share your story and help others. Through healing others you will heal yourself. Plus...getting a real hug is always better than a virtual one. We will be here when you need us.

For me I've always been a talker its the best way for me to vent so I've had a few people I have talked with from this support group or became facebook friends with.....I am always down to talk...if anyone needs to vent...let me know. If you have a local support group or a rape counselor I think that my rape counselor literally saved my life...she helped me soooooo much. Def recommend giving it a try.

deffo agree with the above.id never really been a talker but a couple of yrs bk came to the point that i had to do something,and found a rape crisis centre,am so glad i did,it helped no end,wish you the best

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
