It may not seem that way, but your reaction is completely normal! You are not alone! I experienced the exact same thing. About your now ex boyfriend: he is a douche! Telling someone your raped is something you only do when you feel like you are respected, so I completely get that it hurts. I've experienced that too :(
The denial is part of your subconscious trying to supress trauma: also something that is completely normal. Like an automatic control way at a airplane. It is all part of the healing process!
My advise: remove anyone whom does not take your story seriously. If you are strong enough and comfortable enough to tell someone something that is so,so hard to speak about and the make fun of it or worse, they do not believe you. EXIT. Those are not friends, those are people that are friends with what they can profit from. I get that you will hesitate completely removing them from your life (I did too) but once you realize that that your well-being isn't what is the most important to them, you will find it easier to let go. It takes courage, but I believe that you already have that. I know you do, you survived rape!
Please don't ever think that you are alone in this. I did that, I don't want you to feel like you are. All you are experiencing is exactly what I experienced (and probably what others experienced too!).
I made my own support group called the healing process. Feel free to take a peak.

And if you ever need someone: please feel free to contact me at any time!
I am proud of you that you had the courage to share a glimpse of your story! You are already so strong!
Best of wishes,
Lilac
Are you in counseling or on meds? Please don't try to do this all alone. I had to because the woman that gave birth to me didn't believe me and to put the icing on the cake the boy who did it was my best friend's boyfriend at the time! It wasn't until I was a sophomore in high school and got close to one of my teachers I opened up and she had me see the guidance counselor who then referred me to a professional one.
As for your boyfriend you deserve much better than him if he doesn't believe you and wants to fight/argue about it. You've already been/going through enough and you don't need someone who's suppose to love you yet mistreats you for trauma.
There's a wonderful website called rainn.org that'll also help you. There's also a PTSD board on here as well. Big big hugs!
