I have been raped 8 times in the past 4 years, 6 of the times have happened within the past 3 months, and the last attack just a week and a half ago. Each time they get worse, more violent and de-grading. The last attack however was the one that affected me the most. Ever since the first attack I have become depressed, not able to sleep well, bulimic, scared, sometimes thoughts of suicide. I thought I could never feel worse until just this last attack. Suddenly its like everything I had to keep me going is just gone. I basically run off pills to make it through my days. I take sleep aids before bed, get up in the middle of the night to take more since they dont seem to work long, in the morning and throughout the day I take pain relievers and caffeine pills, and a couple others just to make it through. Problem is they dont seem to work anymore. I emtionally and physically cant deal with it. I'm losing whatever I'm fighting and I can't stop it. I cant sleep, I cant stop thinking about him or what happened, Im on egde all the time. I constantly feel like I'm losing my mind. I'm not sure what to do anymore. I cant even say rape out loud or talk about what happened to anyone in person. What can I do?

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
Secondly, is there anyone you can trust to talk about what has happened to you? If there is someone you feel even slightly safe to share with, then I suggest you talk about it. You really need support right now.
In NO WAY are you responsible for what has happened to you!! It's NOT your fault in the slightest!!
Here seems to be a good, safe place to share and talk about your feelings, etc, but I think you probably need some more support. If I were with you right now I would tell you that it's totally okay to cry and normal to feel so messed up after experiencing the traumatic events that you have. I would hug you and just let you cry (hug you with your permission that is!) I would tell you that it's going to be okay, you're going to get through this. You are strong and brave and what you have gone through is wrong and awful!! But that doesn't make you wrong and awful- even though it may feel like it!!
Hope you find the support you sooo need right now, and that you're safe from further abuse!
Hugs
