We need to embrace our anger. Turn it toward the people who have hurt us and hurt others. This is justified anger. We need to be angry, but express it in a healthy way. Some people exercise, run, hit a punching bag, write about, etc. Anger is a good thing as long as it does not hurt others or hurt ourselves. Once we control our anger in a healthy way, our emotions begin to react the way they were meant to. You cry when you should cry, you laugh when you should laugh and you get angry when you should get angry. And most importantly...... You fight for yourself and your family and others. You fight for healing. Allies in Healing by Laura Davis This is something that I am still Working on

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
