It sounds to me that your own mum is not being supportive, it must be really hard for you.
Even though it doesn't seem to be the most active group, you will find some support here.
Its horrific what happened to you. I hope I don't sound condescending or patronising in saying that you are very courageous to speak up about your rapes. My heart goes out to you.
Nothing though can replace professional therapy, I hope you can find a good therapist as soon as possible to help you deal with everything that comes following being raped.
Hugs!
You don't have to tell anyone about what happened to you straight away, just in case if they would display a negative reaction, and that in itself would cause secondary wounding. So I believe its always a good idea to test the waters first. If its a therapist you'll look for, it may be worth sending them a brief email first explaining your situation and enquiring if they are confident they'll be able to help you in particular.
girl, there's no way on earth anyone is expected to go into detail with the therapist straight away. First, you meet him or her, whoever you feel more comfortable talking to (I personally feel more relaxed with my male therapist than if it was a woman), and decide if you are up for it. You know.. therapeutic relationship is a bit similar to normal relationships in a sense that it takes time to built trust and establish connection to that other human being. If a therapist is good and right for you (they're a bit like shoes - what fits you, may not necessarily fit me), you'll know. But once that basic connection is established, its amazing what personal therapy can do for your wellbeing. Just make sure its someone specialising and experienced in rape and sexual abuser. You know, do your research first, suss it out ;)
Mind yourself and be kind to yourself. You are not alone.
