Pulmonary Embolism Support Group
By far the most common form of pulmonary embolism is a thromboembolism, which occurs when a blood clot, generally a venous thrombus, becomes dislodged from its site of formation and embolizes to the arterial blood supply of one of the lungs. Symptoms may include difficulty breathing, pain during breathing, and more rarely circulatory instability and death.

Sounds like ur definitely doing too much. I've got ongoing heart issues from my PE's now 2.5 months post diagnosis. I still haven't been able to go back to work and I use to b a very fit healthy 32yo. My docs had said I shouldn't do anything that gets my heart rate over 120bpm at the moment. I went and bought a Polar heart rate monitor and wear it before I get out of bed and only take it off when I go back to bed.
Was told whenever my HR goes over 120 (have the HR monitor set so it beeps when above 120 or below 53bpm). Often I'll just be walking around home and it will go off so I need to sit. Other times I can go for a short stroll. They said exercise as much as I can within that 120 limit - sometimes it's nothing sometimes more walking than I'd expect.
I've only just started driving 5kms into town and find that exhausting still but pushing enough but not over my limit. This monitoring has allowed me to be much more consistent with my energy and not having as many completely wrecked days as I can pace myself much better as I know what is happening before I reach exhaustion. Well worth getting a monitor and asking ur doc if they have a guide HR for u.
Good luck and I hope u can back off from work for a while. Maybe u should consider a less stressful job? I've also been told I this as I have a very high pressure job.
Hugs to u.
Other than that, I'd suggest that you continue to talk to your doctor and your employer to see if you can work something out.
I used to work in customer service for a large bank, and I understand the yelling and being cussed out. I learned that they are not mad at ME, thought it feels that way, they are mad at the people you work for as a general entity. Try and focus on that, maybe do some deep breathing/meditative kind of exercises when you get home, or during breaks. It might help.
((hugs))
