Pulmonary Embolism Support Group
By far the most common form of pulmonary embolism is a thromboembolism, which occurs when a blood clot, generally a venous thrombus, becomes dislodged from its site of formation and embolizes to the arterial blood supply of one of the lungs. Symptoms may include difficulty breathing, pain during breathing, and more rarely circulatory instability and death.
The support from other people who have been through it or are going through it now is invaluable on a bad day...

If they've not done so already, make your docs are checking your vitamin D levels and vitamin B 12 levels to see if they're at normal levels. And stay well hydrated as well.
And I know people don't like to hear this but it's true; I believe it more now than ever- make sure your head is in a good place. good luck.
I developed orthostatic hypotension a few months after my PEs. Made me feel lousy and dizzy and nauseated all the time. Once we figured out what it was, I made a few easy adjustments to my diet and supplements and was like a new girl within a week. No proof it was connected to my PEs at all.
Are you still on warfarin?
