Pulmonary Embolism Support Group
By far the most common form of pulmonary embolism is a thromboembolism, which occurs when a blood clot, generally a venous thrombus, becomes dislodged from its site of formation and embolizes to the arterial blood supply of one of the lungs. Symptoms may include difficulty breathing, pain during breathing, and more rarely circulatory instability and death.

Should be nice, never visited before ... only downside is that I'm probably getting referred to Papworth for PH. Got the result of the latest ECG last week and the artery pressure is still in the mid 30s and right ventricle is still enlarged. Been 18 months since the original PEs now :-( and all the scans have been in the hgh 20s to 40.
Still about to cash in my father's day pass and get on my bike this morning, not quite race across america:

but a dampish ride over a couple of hills. Still good.

We all have 24 hours in a day. How we spend these hours is important. Watching a little bit of a video about how sitting affects us made me aware of how much sitting and laying down I do. Gonna have to work on that.Your turn. Tell me another truth.
