By far the most common form of pulmonary embolism is a thromboembolism, which occurs when a blood clot, generally a venous thrombus, becomes dislodged from its site of formation and embolizes to the arterial blood supply of one of the lungs. Symptoms may include difficulty breathing, pain during breathing, and more rarely circulatory instability and death.
Keep the work up and you'll make it back to normal in no time. Like I am hoping to as well =) .
I planned to work from home today, or even call in sick if I felt too bad. But I actually don't feel too bad today after all. I could even have gone into the office, if I'd needed to.
