By far the most common form of pulmonary embolism is a thromboembolism, which occurs when a blood clot, generally a venous thrombus, becomes dislodged from its site of formation and embolizes to the arterial blood supply of one of the lungs. Symptoms may include difficulty breathing, pain during breathing, and more rarely circulatory instability and death.

I was so thrilled with myself yesterday and all the cleaning i did. Because 24 hours later, I am dog tired. And my heart rate is up somewhat again. However, I did do it. And just a month ago, I never would have been able to. Just have to remember...it sometimes is one step forward and a step back.

Yeah, I know how you feel....(a man that does housework, hard to believe for some I'm sure) hoovering would knock me out for an hour or so....even something simple like the stairs used to make my HR rocket (I caught it doing 160 once), 130 was regular after doing it, but now usually 100 for it....I've noticed myself things are getting better and doing them more often, you get used to them. Just don't push too hard so you're out of it totally for days, that does you no good at all.

Keep the work up and you'll make it back to normal in no time. Like I am hoping to as well =) .

I don't have problems with my heart rate, but I do have huge pain problems. I spent Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday doing things that were evidently too strenuous. Felt horrible all weekend long (and yet, I kept doing them!).

I planned to work from home today, or even call in sick if I felt too bad. But I actually don't feel too bad today after all. I could even have gone into the office, if I'd needed to.

Maybe we're actually getting better? :)
