By far the most common form of pulmonary embolism is a thromboembolism, which occurs when a blood clot, generally a venous thrombus, becomes dislodged from its site of formation and embolizes to the arterial blood supply of one of the lungs. Symptoms may include difficulty breathing, pain during breathing, and more rarely circulatory instability and death.
I'm another one. First they couldn't get me in therapeutic range. Then want to 4.6, brought me down 2 mg. and went to 1.6 and bumped me up 1 mg and now I'm 4.1. So, now we adjust again. And I'm not doing anything different. Now I know why I bleed so good when I check my blood glucose. Of course, I am only at 6 weeks. Oh...and my doctor is not surprised I feel crappy with this weather.
keep getting regular checks - as I have said it was just last week I was in range and I stop taking the warfarin on the 14th and there will be a strong likely hood I wont be in range tomorrow :):)
