Pulmonary Embolism Support Group
By far the most common form of pulmonary embolism is a thromboembolism, which occurs when a blood clot, generally a venous thrombus, becomes dislodged from its site of formation and embolizes to the arterial blood supply of one of the lungs. Symptoms may include difficulty breathing, pain during breathing, and more rarely circulatory instability and death.

I am having a hard time regulating my INR. I thought I was ok for several weeks, but it turns out the antibiotics I was one was causing it to read high when in actuality I was probably low. When the chest pain returned, and I was at my doc's office, she made me go to the ER. The good news is, I am clot free but one clot near my ankle. All 11 clots in my lungs are gone. The bad news is my INR has been below 2 for close to 2 weeks in row and I am back on Fragmin.
I have asked my doctor about certain foods and her response is that she doesn't have the food list memorized and to google it. So, that is not a big help. I eat a lot of edaname. I love it, and b/c I have low blood pressure, it helps b/c of all of the salt. Its a salty snack for me to eat and healthy. It was not on the list to avoid. But, when I google it, it says that it is a good source of Vitamin K. Could that be why my INr isn't regulated?

We all have 24 hours in a day. How we spend these hours is important. Watching a little bit of a video about how sitting affects us made me aware of how much sitting and laying down I do. Gonna have to work on that.Your turn. Tell me another truth.
Now, of course, you have to re-stabilize, which can take some trial and error.
Everyone is right in that you should eat as you normally do and let them adjust your dose to match your lifestyle. Sometimes it takes a while to get the right dose; in the meantime, I wouldn't overthink it.
