Pulmonary Embolism Support Group
By far the most common form of pulmonary embolism is a thromboembolism, which occurs when a blood clot, generally a venous thrombus, becomes dislodged from its site of formation and embolizes to the arterial blood supply of one of the lungs. Symptoms may include difficulty breathing, pain during breathing, and more rarely circulatory instability and death.

I have mixed feelings about going back. The first day went pretty well even though I'm only working 4 hours a day. The second day, I left after 2 hours and ended up back in the ER with chest pains. They said even if there were new clots, we are doing what we can. Just "take it easy". Today I did my 4 hours and came home and slept. Only slept for an hour, but I still feel like a truck ran over me. My boss has a cold and it's gone into bronchitis and she's standing by my desk coughing on me. Lots of sick people there, cause we basically don't get much sick time. So, people come and spread germs. And that was the other thing my doctor warned me about...stay away from sick people. A cold now, would not be good. I already have trouble getting over a cold.
On the other hand, it feels good to get out and about. And I struggle with coming home and NOT doing things. And I'm hoping 4 hours of work and resting is just the thing I need to get to feeling better. Just that right amount of doing things, and "behaving myself".

That sounds really hard. I'm glad your trip to the ER didn't have worse news. I guess it's a matter of listening to your body and saying no once in a while. I'm trying to convince myself of all that right now as well btw.

I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one having a hard time getting over a cold. It's never taken me this long to get over one but I've had my cold for almost 2 and a half weeks! I guess it doesn't help having a bunch of little children in a room with me who all are sick as well :P Take care of yourself and just do what you can. I think we all have a hard time not pushing ourselves too hard because it's not easy sitting at home when you're used to movin' and shakin' most of the time. Hope you have good sleep tonight and get rested up!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
