Pulmonary Embolism Support Group
By far the most common form of pulmonary embolism is a thromboembolism, which occurs when a blood clot, generally a venous thrombus, becomes dislodged from its site of formation and embolizes to the arterial blood supply of one of the lungs. Symptoms may include difficulty breathing, pain during breathing, and more rarely circulatory instability and death.
(P.S. RMB gave you the same advice I would have ... hopefully you got the question settled to your satisfaction! Hopefully, you don't get sick!)

That list does contain the word 'others' but warfarin is such a common drug I think it would be mentioned.
A cup of raw Elderberries has a moderately high amount of Vit K in it----- so it might affect your INR. I have no idea of how a teaspoon of the extract compares with raw berries though.
Since I don't take it every day or even very often I doubt if it would have any long lasting effects on my INR.
I probably wouldn't take more than two a day since you have to remember doing so is probably taking more of a recommended dosage of a lot of those vitamins and minerals. I get sick to my stomach if I over do it.
