Pulmonary Embolism Support Group
By far the most common form of pulmonary embolism is a thromboembolism, which occurs when a blood clot, generally a venous thrombus, becomes dislodged from its site of formation and embolizes to the arterial blood supply of one of the lungs. Symptoms may include difficulty breathing, pain during breathing, and more rarely circulatory instability and death.
Curry... YUM.
A few tips: the best advice I ever got was rmb's to drink lots of water. I drink 3-4 times the amount of water i used to, and it has helped with so many little issues. Also, I take a MILD pro-biotic capsule every morning. I found out that I was havng a low-grade internal bleed in my stomach and that was throwing off the balance of little "creatures" in my stomach. Once I reestablished that balance after a few months, things got much better.
Now I'm back to worrying about NOT eating everything! Seriously, between the MILD (some out there are way too strong) pro-biotic and watching the combinations of what I eat, things are much better. Best of luck.
