I have not been on in a while b/c time flies when being back to work full time over the past month & 1/2... Good news is my INR is finally steady! yay!!
But even tho I have made much, much progress, I still have scary days where lungs feel like they are burning inside... usu when talking alot at work, being out in thick feeling air etc..
In addition, my pulse ox still drops suddenly at times... usu 2 or 3 times per week.. when this happens, I know it right away... I check it on pulse ox monitor to be sure & use a travel ox tank when needed.. but my right eye hurts so bad & my chest feels like the air & energy is leaking out (if that makes sense)... Now left arm pain in starting again... from underarm area to deep inside of arm down to hand somedays. This week it ended with a numb hand. Prev heart tests all looked good, but now noticing that pulse rate is low so stress test is scheduled.
Then on top of all of it, todays dr visit raised a concern about my left artery feeling 'full'. Now being scheduled for chest & neck ct scan w/dye.. even tho radiation is a risk... its explained as the lesser of 2 evils... Not sure what is going on.. I am 4 months out!

By sharing we all learn something. I am a newbie to the group as I am less then a month since my PE's in both lungs. So I am still trying to find my way and respect what everyone here has gone through before me!
I had chest ct-scan & neck ct-scan yesterday... although I didn't get to talk to the dr, all must have been well b/c I got to go home!! =) (Last time I had a ct-scan it was a direct admin for 10 days).
Oddly enough, the day of the tests, I felt the best I had felt in weeks!!
Sluggish feeling again today, but crazy symptoms are not rearing their ugly head.
It's scary since lungs & heart are so interconnected in functioning... but I really think all went well... & understand why they test our hearts so much. If you are having any heart/artery concerns, I would let dr know right away to see if tests are needed.. I have learned that there are so many tests that I never even knew existed b/f all of this.
