I have never heard of this but there is so much I don't know. I hope you start getting better quickly!

Crazy! Can you remind me what caused your original clot?

RMB- At the end of February I developed a clot from my iliac vein to my left ankle. The Drs. did an embolectomy, installed a filter, and "ballooned" serveral veins in my pelvic area and collaterals around the iliac vein. After that surgery I was diagnosed with MTS which they said was aggravated by a lemon-sized tumor they found on my left ovary. The clot broke off twice about 1/2 hour after I got to the hospital which caused multiple PEs in both lungs.

The clot in my colon May 5th was in the Iliac area of my colon. The Dr. also found several ulcers in that area and he stopped at that point fearing he would perforate the colon if he went any futher.

The doctors explanation doesn't make any sense to me. How am I supposed to keep my INR level stable enough that this won't happen again?

I tested negative for all blood clotting disorders. At my 6 week check up they said the tumor had disappeared. The only thing I found on the internet that makes any sense is that the tumor on my ovary is back and causing more problems. I'm usually very proactive, but I'm at a loss as what to do next. All the copays are killing me so I don't want to continue to waste money on something no one has an answer to.
