Pulmonary Embolism Support Group
By far the most common form of pulmonary embolism is a thromboembolism, which occurs when a blood clot, generally a venous thrombus, becomes dislodged from its site of formation and embolizes to the arterial blood supply of one of the lungs. Symptoms may include difficulty breathing, pain during breathing, and more rarely circulatory instability and death.
It's a common test for inflammation and used very non-specifically for all sorts of 'things'. And my ESRs always show within range, no matter how sick I've been. Go figure.

LOL----- good that you can have a sense of humor about panic attacks. My daughter suffers from them and believe me I know how little is known about them.
And personally I've never considered myself normal even before PE's. :-) Keep us posted on the new job and how your doing!
I wish you the best with your new job and think you're really brave for taking it on. Don't push yourself if you start to feel worse. We want to hear that you have been kind to yourself and continue to feel "remarkably better"!
What meds are you taking for the sinus problems you're feeling? The people that make the bed buddy now make a mask that you can heat in the microwave and then place over your eyes/sinus areas to help with all the sinus congestion.
