not only did LSU and the florida panthers win, but i was able to do 28 minutes on the exercise bike/hamster wheel/torture machine today without keeling over!

I am on my bike for 5 minute excursions on flat land- 2 months and 2 days out from massive Bi PE. Recently my balance has improved immensly just at the average, theoretical time it takes for clot absorbtion. While riding I still feel light headed but this is helping, or so they say!
Now my newly diagnosed large bone spur in my C4 (neck vertabrae) it is growing and impinging. Bummed on the thought of surgery but it is getting harder to swallow. MRI and nerosurgeon say no surgery unless my arms and hands get really numb. My shoulder s numb. Supposively we would like to wait until after the 10 more months on coumadin until that decision.

oddly enough i was at the opera friday. me and the lady went and saw manon lescaut
its nice to finally be strengthening my ankle up. especially since that surgery was what landed me in the hospital with the PE in the first place. its like getting revenge on the PE *grins*
