Are you able to stand up and just walk in place for a few minutes at your desk while still taking calls? Also, if they're bringing you drinks that would imply people need to get up and use the bathroom, so I hope you are getting up and walking to the bathroom.
Seriously, if they were so worried about addressing high call volumes, maybe they could forget the water and actually hop on the phones to help.
Take that liquid and take those bathroom breaks ... and see if your headphone is enough to let you stand and talk at the same time. I feel for you ... really do.
