Well, I"m still awake, which is a good sign. I have a sit down job, but I talk on the phone all day, which has caused problems in the past with shortness of breath or coughing spells. My biggest challenge is getting from the parking lot to my desk. (Even though I park in a handicapped spot). It's a big building. Around 1 p.m. I started to feel tired and had a coughing spell. But I survived the day Got home and collapsed on the bed. Sundays are a slow day at work, so it was a good day to go back. My boss was out sick, so I didn't get to talk to her about how I am doing, what the doctor said and how I want to work things. And the limitations I will have for now. I find myself not remembering things about my job and I've done the job for 3 years. I don't know if it's the meds or the trauma from the clots themselves. The doctor had mentioned that perhaps I could do 8 hours, then a shorter day and alternate. And after today, it sounds like a plan. I wasn't sure I'd make it home. Luckily, I am only 4 miles, but even that was a long drive I was so tired. Now, I know what you are all talking about when you talk about being more tired than you've ever been.
