Pulmonary Embolism Support Group
By far the most common form of pulmonary embolism is a thromboembolism, which occurs when a blood clot, generally a venous thrombus, becomes dislodged from its site of formation and embolizes to the arterial blood supply of one of the lungs. Symptoms may include difficulty breathing, pain during breathing, and more rarely circulatory instability and death.
Baby steps
Today was my 4th day back at work and my bosses came in today. I am usually an extremely fast paced person and one of my bosses mentioned something about how I seem "out of it". She didn't mean it offensively and I knew it was true because that is exactly how I have been feeling. I start the mornings off feeling almost normal and then by 10am I am exhausted and the pains start kicking in.
Hope tomorrow is an even better day and you get plenty of rest tonight!
